Fishing Report: 10/04/2020 Rush Lake (Hartford, MI)

The rain was on and off today with some sunny patches, so the wife and I took a ride out to visit another new look called Rush Lake in Hartford, MI.  Rush Lake is a nice quiet lake that I am told has a variety of species including Largemouth Bass, so that is what I was planning on.

My wife does not fish (yet) but she accompanied me with a chair and her iPad just to enjoy the Fall weather for a few hours.

We were out there for about 2 hours (boy time does go by pretty quick when your fishing) and just like yesterday, nothing was caught.  I think the cooler weather this weekend pushed most of the fish back into the center, and when your fishing from shore, it is pretty tough.

This is one lake I will be back to in the future, especially once I get a little boat.
